Pros
I do not find much interesting facts that can be shared as Pros for this company. I could only find Cons that could be shared.
Cons
People already working here for loooong do not want to share anything with new joinees, even when new joinees are experienced. Some of the Management people think that all their subordinates are slaves. Slaves do not have any say, they need to just obey their bosses.
