Pros
People are fun to work with. I also love the company culture, it's not you do it alone. People work in a cooperative environment. It's not also micromanagement. No pressure. You can control your time. Though, there's a bit of politics but manageable.
Cons
Zero to low salary increase even if the department performed well or exceeded quota. You do the work not related to your job description yet the pay is way too low. Good for starters but not recommended for long term work.
