Pros
1) Excellent culture and atmosphere amongst colleagues. All willing to help when needed, always up for a laugh and absolutely at the top of their game 2) Ambitions on where to take the business 3) Excellent product
Cons
1) Too complex; too many people’s input is required to make decisions, which makes the process lengthy and frustrating for the customer 2) No autonomy given; it’s very difficult to work with Managers that give hardly any autonomy and/or any freedom to make decisions and if required, learn from potential mistakes 3) No clear vision for career prospects, or objectives, as management try to avoid this conversation when it’s brought up.
