You have to be disciplined - the pace and demands can overwhelm you. Not for the faint of heart or lazy. Some oddly strict policies from legacy leaders and mindsets that haven't relaxed (dress codes, butt in seat time, etc.)

Coworkers are excellent for the most part; they make the job great each day.
