Growing and always something new to do

Nothing negative to report. Great company to work for.

The company had good benefits and the work place was decent. Co-workers really band together to get projects out with high quality.

Organization problems. One of the company owners has an extreme issue with blaming people for his bad decisions. Will violently explode on anyone criticizing him about anything. Under no circumstance will this extremely stubborn person admit fault. He seems like a great guy until you get on his bad side then look out. Expects loyalty at all costs yet will drop you like a hot potato.
