Pros
The management team is great and truly cares about the employees. They know that the people are the true assets of the company in the service world and they treat them that way! There is room for growth within the company with many various contracts and agencies, but you have to be willing to work for it. Hard work and effort is noticed and rewarded!
Cons
Very little mentoring. If you want to advance within the company or profession - you have to go after it directly and not wait for someone to give you a push. Some of the new management team doesn't have the same "family" feel, but still a solid team with great people. Managers seem a bit overwhelmed, but it's common for smaller companies.
