Pros

Hard to find any as it’s a giant boiler room

Cons

One week cram training with. 90% of the people dropping Out of the class. The leads were not real with most clients say they never got a call or they were not even in or the address is wrong or it’s an abandoned building. The people making the calls are low life’s and can’t speak English and are constantly being fired so you never get a good one. The reputation of the company is so bad they have to prepare you in advance by telling you how to overcome this in advance. The make you attend early meetings at 7:30 am and say nothing! The people coming after you the so called analysts are terrible and often don’t show up or forget to collect your check. It’s a comedy of errors and one gigantic mess. The managers are so embarrassed they are invisible on social networks. If you call the main office you cannot leave a message as they don’t want an owner to be able to cancel by phone. You business card does not have your phone number or email address on it as they fear the client will call and cancel. It’s a total S show!

Pros

I have been lucky enough to work with some great people. Itcan be a great place to learn different industries and i have found most colleagues are friendly and helpful. The culture is fast-paced and driven by high performance. I have worked on many diverse client projects across many industries. This has enhanced my understanding of data driven decision making strategies. .

Cons

However, working hours during busy times of the year can get crazy

Pros

The Trainer was knowledgeable about the product.

Cons

The leads provided are not actual leads; ninety percent of the people contacted never booked an appointment or agreed to a consultation. Compounding this issue, the worst-quality leads are systematically assigned to new employees. Despite management’s claim that it is the only company offering this service, Kevin O'Leary openly promotes a direct competitor. Ultimately, this is a dying business model that will soon be entirely replaced by AI.
