Pros
Good people to work with for the most part and above average work-life balance. Unlimited PTO but only a couple weeks are paid for.
Cons
Mundane tasks, no upward mobility or opportunities for lateral movement in company due to overseas team taking most jobs (they’re also not the best to work with), pay is criminally low and benefits are very expensive, some office drama but that happens everywhere. Overall a good job for someone graduating college and needs a resume builder or for stay at home moms/dads who would like a second income. A lot of the people who are employed here are married or in a relationship with someone who is the bread winner and the work-life balance helps families achieve a dual income (although not much).
