      You are paid weekly. You are paid weekly.

      Cons

      Recruiters only call when desperate to hire someone, low hourly wage. You no longer exist when hired. The health insurance package they offer is not in compliance with Federal Guidelines and its expensive. Additionally the mis-classify employees in order to not pay overtime.

      A typical staffing agency based on a high demand sales structure. There are more prestigious companies where you can gain that initial experience.
