- managers are entitled and not friendly - you cannot assume everyone is your friend as they will take an opportunity to bring you down when you aren't around

Everyone is kind and willing to help you if you ask. Nice collaborative work environment.

There's no rigid training system which can be difficult to adjust to for newcomers.
