PEOPLE I worked with Salary, interesting tasks, knowledge you get, responsibilities. You are trusted as your own son I can't be bored. Every day its something new, something interesting. And you actually can make a difference

Company values and goals are vague Plenty of teams that are eating salary pool, while doing nothing (my personal impression backed up by impression of many other ex-colleagues) Bonuses distribution was not clear (sometimes great sums, sometimes peanuts). Really frustrating for a business unit Communication with some departments seemed like struggle (little liability for their own job), as well as lack of collaboration from their side to mutual goals of the company Too many tasks, too little clarity, everything is urgent (even not urgent and not important), which creates pressure (internal mostly, but external pressure from the management existed as well) Work & Life balance is a bit scaled to Work (70%/30%). Some of the managers promotions make their head dizzy and you actually see how their change and fit on the crown (its big)
