No pros..if u join.you can underdtood

CEO of company totally mad..didn't hv code knowledge at all.force u to work while night.does not pay salary if u r unable to deliver work on time.they signed a 3 years bond which is they can terminate you any time within 3 year..ftst 2 mnths they won't give u any work .after that they torture u like an animal. They give hardest work which they also didn't know how to solve.if u unable they terminated you .they will not provide u 4 5 months salary..as a cause they will tell u u not delivered anything..the hr of company is an old lady fat she didn't get any job anywhere and join this company. .only a fraud company ever. And the best part it not a single employee know how to solve a problem. They will not help you when u stuck somewhere. They just terminate you .
