Pros
Just one thing - you may get to learn if you are lucky enough that too if you are in a good role or else, if the company does not have any projects at all.
Cons
Hahaha cons - seriously, the company itself is a negative thing. I really don't understand, how can one person act as a CEO, BA, developer, system admin, BD, at times even as a recruiter. So, you can imagine - what a great personality he has with abundance of torturing ability. How do you think, you provide an update to your manager? By email, call or through company portal. Am I correct? Here it's not the same, CEO himself asks what are you doing every one hour once! Again one more great personality COO(who is really not eligible to be a normal employee also) asks for an update, and there is lead who will approach you to ask for an update. After you give an update, they start questioning - why are you taking so long? How long would you think you should do it in? And all this crap. The best part is, these both amazing personality, sit at home and plot whom to torture-how much and finally come to a stage as to how to remove them from the organisation. The best part is CEO using sentences like, "don't you understand simple English?" to his employees and start screaming so badly. I would like to directly question him, tell me a single english sentence without a grammatical mistake. Huh, COO who is the root cause why the company is not growing is also the chief finance officer and human resource manager and etc. The appraisal, bonus, rewards, awards, etc, omg! Everything is decided by the very humble COO. The appraisals will be the same for the lowest employee to the senior most employee. If you by any chance question them about it, they will not meet you nor see you - you would just get an email. If you are interested you can stay with the organisation or else you may leave. Which company works this way? Actually this is not a company at all. The way these both talk to the employees is as if everyone in the organisation are there house servants. And talking about relieving letters, service letters - these documents has only negative feedback, no matter how good employee you are. And talking about full and final settlement - people who leave the organisation never get the settlement at all. Even if you get, it would be just 5% of whatever you are supposed to recieve. I am really not sure, how the employee's association has left this organisation. One more cheap thing is, CEO asking/ begging his employees to write good comments about the company on glassdoor. Hahaha! I would roll on the floor and laugh thinking about this. All that I can say is, my biggest mistake in life is joining this company.
