Management respects the Devs and understands when to adjust deadlines and scopes. Work environment is relaxed and supportive. Salary is competitive. Also the little things make a big difference. HR showed me around and gave me a start-up kit filled with gear that was really useful: Laptop; Monitor; personalized mugs; water bottle; notebook and start-up guide.
