Juniors simply dont understand sometimes what it means to work in the real world, in a firm where the main drive is to push the boundary. And yes I love Bjarke, almost as much as I hate him. Its true I look up to him, because he is a marketing genius, but we all love to hate him because he made it at such a young age, I mean he is barely 3-4 years older then I am, so we'll talk in 3-4 years to see where we stand. I really hope we'll get to his level. On a list of top 10 cutting-ege architects, he was number 2, I was number 9, so pretty close. Seems to me you cant understand why so many many people have a great positive experience at SOMA, yet you failed at it, am I wrong? You should stop being scared by hard work. Life is hard, architects have the hardest job I can think of, in life. We are underpaid, under appreciated, at every level, even at the top. If you have to spend the whole night fixing your mistake and you chose not to, its only your character that is weak, not the firm's filters.
