Government-like environment but poor salary and no perks - Software Developer SOUL Employee Review

not a good company at all

Around 22 employees of this organization have been struggling to receive their salaries from the company. Even after resigning, the company has not cleared their dues, which have been pending for nearly 12 months. Despite serving a legal notice, the company has failed to respond or take any action.

I dnt have any pros to write.It just worst company.

Over the past 8 to 10 months, a significant number of employees have left the organization due to ongoing salary payment issues. In most cases, employees had not received salaries for approximately 6 months. I personally did not receive my salary for the last 6 months while I was still with the company. Even after resigning, my pending salary has not been cleared by the company. It is worth noting that around 30 to 40 employees have formally filed legal cases against the company for non-payment of salaries.
