24/365 hours are always available. Can be flexible & is a very easy laid back job (depending on your position) if you work in a office atmosphere you may encounter a lot of unnecessary drama!
Cons
Nothing ever works around here. The system always crash. Ppl always calling out. The raises are worthless and they don't appreciate their employees who always work OT.
