Pros
The company is continually growing and adapting to take advantages of new opportunities. If you know how to position yourself, you can almost create your own position at the company when the right opportunity arises.
Cons
As with any company where there is a lot of change, there is continuous disorganization, realignment of divisions, trying to integrate systems, etc. Most of the executives from the Standard Parking side think they know a lot about technology but in reality, many of their decisions with regards to how to use technologies are horrible. When Standard Parking merged with Central Parking, many of the more tech-savvy executives joined forces, which was good on one hand, but created many political nightmares on the other hand, both with regard to technology and other strategic decisions.
