Pros
Overall there are good managers and every person at the ground level is treated as equals. My position has been pleasant for the most part when being talked to and considered by those who are my managers and higher ups. Also, they are good with scheduling.
Cons
Not a tight run ship. There were multiple instances where I was placed into compromising situations and the managers were to stressed on staff to fire employees.
