Pros

Nice enough people to work with within the legal department, variety of matters, good way to gain experience.

Cons

(Aggressively) low pay without adequate opportunities for raises (1% or no cost of living increases any of the years I worked for the company. zero merit raises during my tenure.) or any bonus program, emphasis on 8-6 "office lights on, butts in chairs" over flexibility, high volitility industry with associated high turnover, weirdly "political" culture.
