Not great - Parking Cashier SP+ Employee Review

The pay is not good enough to keep good people. $14 hr. It's also unfair that everyone makes the same amount when it ALWAYS depends which booth you're assigned. I've been assigned the busiest booth every single time I work for 4 months. So while I'm working non-stop for 7+ hours, slower booths sit there yet still get paid the same. Why not raise the hourly rate after a certain number of tickets? Say...150. That would incentivize everyone to not just grab the slow booths. Clean and repair the booths including windows to slide easily and spray for spiders which are always there. Upgrade the office chairs. Ours are uncomfortable. Fix the AC to work consistently.
