Pros
The company has a laid back-ish attitude. Good for students. My schedule was flexible. They have good online training materials.
Cons
Managers blew smoke and made promises that they couldn't keep. There is very little if any room for growth. You will make less money than what your work is worth. I'm leaving because I can make 50% more doing the same work.
