Pros
401K is great, some of the benefits are good, and most of the people make the company. Majority of people are hard working and you can enjoy working with them. Products supplied in the market help the general public.
Cons
No one trusts or appreciates the leadership team of the company. There is no employee champion yet complete dependability on them. Leadership only reacts to crisis and will not listen or respond to feedback especially criticism proactively. Even with the best strategy, it will not be effective unless leadership or the way the company is managed changes. Non leadership personnel are expected to have no work-life balance and pay is completely inconsistent. Advancement is difficult and seems to be political. Working hard, doing your job well, and being deemed as a critical employee does not mean advancement.
