The pace can be intense, and priorities can shift as the company evolves. Some ambiguity is part of the job, so you need to be comfortable operating without perfect information. Context switching happens, especially when multiple initiatives are running in parallel. Processes and documentation are improving, but there are still areas where things can feel “startup-scrappy.”

The culture is good in general. As always there is space for improvement, but considering the market this is a good company. Good work life balance, effort is recognised.
