Pros

You will have lots of WFH flexibility, low levels of micro-managing, autonomous handling of matters quickly, and a lot of learning across different areas of practice. If you're feeling silo'd in your current work or lacking direct client interaction, this place will give you heaps of broader experience and even more client contact / file ownership.

Cons

Pay is very low vs market. Incentive structures are non-existent or WIP. Career progression is also very limited. With that said, the culture is great, management are super transparent about all these things. There is definitely a 'clique' and lots of social integration between work/life, so keep that in mind if its not for you.
