I am very happy in my role at SPS. The training provided has been excellent and continues with ongoing coaching and team meetings, which provide growth and support. My colleagues and management are approachable, professional, and encouraging, which makes for a great work environment.
The hours, pay, and duties are fair and well-structured, and I feel valued for the work I do. What stands out most is the positive culture. SPS invests in its people and fosters teamwork. It's motivating to be part of a company that cares about both its employees and its clients.

Workload balance. Certain days can be busier than other.
