SPX Flow has big focus on many things. Mainly to grow as a company, and for you to grow as a person as well, and they are serious about it. If you are willing, and you work for it, it will pay off. Diversity, is one of the words that comes to mind, and SPX Flow uses a lot of energy on this matter.
Cons
Cons, is something you can find in all companies, especially with a company size like SPX Flow. P.T SPX Flow is restructuring, merging many sites, therefore it is easy to point at things that could be better. Pointing at something right now, wouldn't be fair.
