Pros

Gained a lot of experience to move on and the benefits were great.

Cons

Turn around in the customer service dept was high! Bad work environment and older employees did not help and support the new employees.

Pros

Management and coworkers are supportive and encouraging. We are given opportunities to use our skills and grow professionally. We share ideas to find the best solutions to problems and help out anyone who is struggling. We take time to get to know each other and laugh to keep our spirits and work energy up.

Cons

Time off for holidays is very limited--just the actual holiday--we don't get the days before Christmas and New Year's and the days after Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's off--people are less likely to be as productive on these days anyway so... Pay scales are too low. Mandatory deductions for STD & LTD--should be voluntary. Sick days not taken should be used as an incentive to work by giving an option of a restricted payout if not used. 401k employer match could be higher.
