What I value the most are professional people within the company, challenging projects and tasks, and opportunities for learning and growth.

Benefit cuts. Not critical, I understand what stands behind these changes.

It is a product company with a management system from Ring/Amazon. The workload here is heavier than in outsourcing companies like GlobalLogic, but the work is more engaging and the salary is higher. The office is nice and clean, with free lunches and coffee machines—these are pleasant perks that add comfort to the work environment. There were also business trips abroad and regular communication with colleagues from the Malvern and Sunnyvale offices, which gave a sense of working for a global company and that the product would be recognized in many countries.

There is nepotism present. Two close associates work in the SmartLighting department, one of them being Kravchenko O. He is a very unpleasant person, and I hope never to encounter him again. Although he initially comes across as friendly, over time, he was prohibited from managing people. And the problem with a carieer growth was existed.
