if you could able to manage few people your job will be safe.no one will touch you, you don't need to work at all.
Cons
80% bench all the time, most of the times management don't even know why they were recruited and what they are doing. these people gets all the benefits. The balance 20% need to work hard to feed the above 80% people for penuts. company runs only because of few dedicated resources.
