      Workload depends upon team. Still you well get for yourself. Lot of flexibility for joining office for day. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Rigid appraisal. 8.5 working hours per day which need to be comoleted per pay cycle for every day. No WFH

      Free Transport, Free meal thats all.

      Cons

      Your Appraisal will depend upon the result of programming test, what they conduct every year, Not according to your works. If you are not clearing the test , You may be fired most of the cases. They hire IITians/NITians and offer them release works. No Development work , I have not written a single line of code in my 2.5 years of carrier, only release/debug works.
