Pros
I have worked more than 8 years in Samsung Sector -126 , Noida. 1. Company pay salary on time, free lunch , free bus facility almost in all NCR. 2. It's a very good environment for fresher's and they can collect money for their higher education without having to much work just to prepare for other better opportunities. And at the end of 1-2-3 years, they easily leave the company for better career growth. 3. You may manage yourself by doing no work and prove the best in front of the manager, and you will get the highest rating in the company. 4. Few good HODs, but due to lack of knowledge, they work hard to prepare ppt every year to showcase useless innovations to a few Koreans sitting in Noida's office. They are happy with it. 5. 75% people are working for idea and patent work for complete year since this directly related with their rating. 6. 25% people are seriously working for project so they only having better knowledge and easily they can switch companies.
Cons
1. All old HODs don't want any new knowledgeable HODs should stay in the company. Over the past few years, the company has hired many HODs from outside, but within a few years, almost all have left the company due to compatibility issues with older HODs. 2. Team leader's who are directly works under the HOD and manage the team, they are always sitting in relaxed mode and just emphasize that they are doing a good job using their team member ppt, they are all very useless and even fresh people have better knowledge than them. 3. The B2B group is one of the worst groups and people don't want to move in this group. HOD doesn't know much having its own set of developers to work with him, and gives them a good rating only. Overall very little knowledgeable people in this group, in most cases, they cannot change jobs using all obolete thechnologies in projects.
