Great place to work. Fascinating research.

Salaries on the lower side for the bay area, but still competitive depending on the scope of the position (in my case largely an academic role)

Resourceful and helpful colleagues. Opportunities to move around the company and adapt new skills

No cons because I have been here for years and don't ave a problem
