Not just a Company, but a Family - Software Engineer SSATI Employee Review

Everyone who is hired at SSATI is assigned a mentor, and so far my mentor has been incredibly helpful and accessible. I'm excited to continue learning the company process, and add value in any way I can

*No real cons that I can think of

I worked at SSATI for 1.25 years and only left the company because of personal circumstances that dictated I take a job that was much closer to home for me. Had it not been for my personal circumstances, I definitely would not have left this company. My salary was excellent. They offered me more than I asked. The benefits were the best I ever received, and that's saying a lot as I worked for some high profile companies like Microsoft and Lockheed. The perks like the annual hobby bonus and fitness bonus are going to be things that I really miss, and definitely show how above and beyond they go at this company. They are constantly doing team and company events to really build a sense of unity and family, and all events are geared towards bringing your family if you would like. On top of all that, the people were great both in the back office and my SSATI coworkers on site. I would highly recommend this company. If my circumstances ever change, I would absolutely go back to SSATI given the chance.

During my entire experience with SSATI, there really were no cons to working there. I really had that good of an experience during my time there.
