      Consistent work available, various locations and shifts to fit your personal life

      Cons

      Almost every nurse in this system Ive spoken to has left with no regrets, or is considering it. Lower management does not seem to the issue. They also appear to be severely overworked.

      Good pay Friendly Coworkers Ability to change things to better the work environment

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive to other hospitals outside of SSM or even some retail locations Sometimes outside management makes changes with no clear directive or reasoning
