Pros
SSM employee health insurance plan is awesome. I like my coworkers.
Cons
Management is terrible they are completely removed from the bedside and have no clue. They are constantly trying to micro manage nursing. Now we are required to sign a paper in each patients room every hour. When in all reality with having 6+ patients it is nearly impossible to do hourly rounds. They harp on customer service scores but then they do not provide more staff to accomplish higher scores.
