Pros
You will have a lot of great coworkers. Administration recognizes good workers. New and updated equipment for most of the floors. Bonus pay offered often.
Cons
Administration is disconnected from the staff and doesn't know what they need on a daily basis. They try to improve this but it's hard to understand nurses when you're a business guy.
