Thank you for sharing your experience and your talents with SSOE! Post C19, SSOE announced in early 2022 a return to office under a hybrid work model that supported employee engagement, professional development, team collaboration, client management and project delivery excellence. Today, we maintain the same hybrid work model. SSOE senior leadership does host a quarterly Town Hall meetings with an opportunity for all employees to attend and submit questions that get answered live. SSOE has a variety of ERG groups and committees that invite feedback and impact to change. For greater than six years now, SSOE has leaned into Glint for employee engagement surveys with the goal of listening and being better. These are just a few tools that facilitate listening, learning and action. We thank you again for sharing! We commit to listening and being best for our clients, colleagues and communities!
