Pros
Company as a whole has a very diversified market which should allow for a stable company overall. Unfortunately, my experience was only with on division or market. Benefits package was better than most companies.
Cons
During my time there, the company seemed to be very reactive rather than making decisions for long term success. I witnessed four work force reductions within seven months. Each one was followed by a company meeting where the remaining employees would be assured that this was the last one.
