Pros
I did not find a single pro. Hostile environment, horrible, ineffective management, and no job security because the lazy kiss ups run the office. If you prefer taking orders from 20 something females, this is the place for you.
Cons
Unfair, unequal workplace practices, no life/work balance. Turnover is way to common. Excellent employees are forced to deal with a hostile work environment, making everyday stressful.
