SSOE truly offers the best of both worlds... the opportunities of a large, growing firm with the supportive culture often found in smaller firms. I've appreciated the ability to advance my career here and know the executive leadership team has an unmatched appreciation for staff--keeping the needs and well-being of employees top of mind.
