Pros

Teaching the classes is by far the best part of the job. The lessons and classes are always fun and enriching. All supplies are provided. Fellow teachers are amazing. Ability to teach the class as you choose.

Cons

Disorganized at times, things go missing, a lack of accountability generally.

Other teachers are great. Thats literally the only positive thing to say.

Cons

Terrible lead teachers. They hire people with absolutely no skill or knowledge in the subjects they are supposed to teach. Don’t pay nearly enough and have very limited hours available. Expect you to drive to schools far away and will not pay for gas/mileage. Expect you to have full availability whenever they want you and get upset when you are not available at their beck and call.
