Pros

The kids were always the best thing about working here. They were always so sweet and willing to learn. The opportunity to lead any types of class you'd like was such a pro for me.

Cons

The pay does not equal the amount of work and stuff you have to deal with. The training is severely lacking. I was almost full time and was there for almost 10 years and I only got 1 raise the entire time.

Other teachers are great. Thats literally the only positive thing to say.

Cons

Terrible lead teachers. They hire people with absolutely no skill or knowledge in the subjects they are supposed to teach. Don’t pay nearly enough and have very limited hours available. Expect you to drive to schools far away and will not pay for gas/mileage. Expect you to have full availability whenever they want you and get upset when you are not available at their beck and call.
