If I could give a 0 star rating, I would have for the sales leadership team.
Sales Leadership team (including directors) is not transparent -- though they will tell you otherwise. Sales Directors will give you bold-faced lies. The sales team was/is already micro-managed extensively prior to the pandemic and now working from home it has reached a whole new level I did not know was possible. For the inside sales team (at least) commissions plans are not revealed to you until after you've signed your contract...there are FAR BETTER commissions plans out there. Oh, and you may wait 3 months before your yearly quota is given to you--be prepared for that...they will just string you along.
**The sales leadership team will tell you during your interview there is opportunity to grow and move up in leadership, HOWEVER, we watched several sales team members be placed in leadership roles then suddenly plucked from those roles with no rhyme or reason provided.
***Complete that checklist from directors OR be scrutinized for a tiny little thing--EVEN IF you are hitting your numbers during a pandemic. Keep your head down, don't ask too many questions, and you may be fine BUT then again, the "lay offs" in August were a shock & unexpected. The vibe on the inside sales team shifted and has not been the same since. Just RUN AWAY. STEER CLEAR of this sales team--go grow elsewhere. Been looking since March 2020 to leave then the pandemic hit and now, just buying my time.
