For a certain person, this is a great company with stability. Job expectations were clearly defined. Benefits were great. Really great work/life balance. You leave your job at the door.
Cons
The culture is old fashioned. The pay was not good and the opportunity for growth felt strangely nonexistent. Customer service is not necessarily a path to growth within the company.
