Under current leadership they are getting rid of older more expensive employees. They don't get their severance unless they sign a waiver. I know of several people that recently (within last 2 yrs) had this happen to them. CEO goes to bat for bad VP level leaders and will not stick up for lower level employees. Can't trust HR as they will stab you in the back while doing VPs dirty work. This is while CEO makes million$ and donates money to the Cleveland Zoo with his name on it. They took a 100 year old US company located in Erie PA, (American Sterilizer) laid off 400 US workers and moved it to Mexico, while there was plenty of land at the Montgomery AL plant to build and stay in the USA. Later they moved the corporate HQ to the UK and now to Ireland. They saved $30M - taken from the American people in the form of taxes. Un-American!
