My team is amazing. Flexibility on WFH (as needed). 19 days PTO to start. Lots of female engineers and decent diversity.
Cons
It is very hard to get promoted or get a significant raise. Corporate is huge and very disconnected from the departments and groups and the people who have final say over these decisions have no idea who you are. Parental leave program is poor.
