      Zero stress but you need to be autonomous and have experience otherwise you will be alone in the dark

      Cons

      Too much politics... A lot of people are just comtemplimg their laptop screen or doing BS jobs

      Pros

      Work hours (no overtime) Freedom when it comes to solutions implementation Pay on time

      Cons

      Lack of ambition or vision by management; Everyone gets the same treatment, be their performances good or bad; Haven't had a team building nor a formation since I joined more than 5 years ago; No way to negotiate your pay once you're hired; Useless and clueless project managers; Too little homeworking (2 days a week); Basically a golden cage for 50+ years olds.
