Lack of ambition or vision by management; Everyone gets the same treatment, be their performances good or bad; Haven't had a team building nor a formation since I joined more than 5 years ago; No way to negotiate your pay once you're hired; Useless and clueless project managers; Too little homeworking (2 days a week); Basically a golden cage for 50+ years olds.
