Pros
Restaurant is attractive. Employees work hard...mainly out of fear of termination. Food is decent and service is quick. Everyone who works there tends to be good looking.
Cons
Cheap wine,beer and drinks with a heavy price tag. A lot of "management" so any given day you could have up to 6 bosses looking over you if employed there. STK from my experience only values full time employees. They put employees through four weeks of training! If you work to live, do not work at STK. if you live to work, STK might be for you. If you are a customer, expect to spend a lot of money on sub par volume alcoholic drinks and small portion size Items on menu. If management wants to fire you for calling in sick...legitimately sick. They will make up or create a story to fire you. To future employees, please don't waste your time.
